September always feels like the start of something. Maybe it's the leftover muscle memory from school days, but there's something about this month that stirs up hope for the year ahead and a real excitement to learn something new.
This is part of why I love classical Pilates so much. There is always more to deepen and more to discover about how your body moves and works. The practice never runs out of layers.
So consider this your September syllabus! Here's what's going on this month:
Reminder: Summer Special — 5 Pack for $600
If you haven't grabbed it yet, the Summer Special is still available until September 1: 5 private sessions for $600, designed with consistency in mind. Pilates works best when it's a routine, not a one-off, and this package makes it easy to maintain that habit amidst Summer travel. If you've been meaning to commit to a stretch of sessions, this is your sign.
New Classes Added: Monthly Virtual Mat Series
I'm launching a weekly virtual mat class, just $18 per session. You’ll still get the same close attention and individual correction I give in person, just from wherever you are.
This first month is a bit of an experiment, I'm testing out different days and times to see what fits best into your week. Here's the August lineup:
