Studio Policies

Clear boundaries are a form of self-care. We practice those here. These policies exist to protect your time and ours.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made within that window — for any reason — forfeit the session credit. There are no exceptions and no credit transfers. We hold this boundary so we can hold your spot.

Memberships

Memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment, billed monthly on your purchase date. After the minimum period, you may cancel with 30 days written notice by submitting a cancellation request. Your membership remains active and billing continues through the 30-day notice period. Memberships cannot be paused.

Credit Expiration

Intro Pack and single drop-in credits expire 60 days from the date of purchase. 10-Pack credits expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired credits cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded.

No Shows

Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice forfeit their session credit in full.

Tardiness

Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time regardless of when you arrive. We are unable to extend sessions due to late arrival.

Refunds

All sales are final. Session credits and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
