Happy October and the official start of Fall! I'm finally returning from a handful of back-to-back Summer's end travels and welcoming Fall's invitation to settle back into routine.
I can tell you're on the same wavelength: Returning to commitments in health and fitness with fresh Fall energy, because there's been quite the uptick of new faces and folks returning to the studio just in the last couple of weeks.
